Fitness on Fleek

Apparently using that term makes me an “uncultured idiot” as per urban dictionary but come on…. most people are using “on fleek” ironically rather than seriously (because it’s not a word), but still… it’s super trendy! Apparently it means perfect and there are some awesome fitness trends in Calgary and killer fitness studios.  So now you have no excuses not to keep up with those New Year’s Resolutions 🙂

1. Barre Body Studio – barrebodystudio.com

Their website says it will DEFINE, LIFT and SCULPT.  Barre is a fun way to design a tighter tush. Through isolated movements, it builds long, lean muscle while improving posture, grace, and flexibility. So yes, Barre Body Fit classes are effective – but because they are choreographed to great music and performed in a motivating group environment, the workout doesn’t feel like ‘work.’
